Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in the Group of Mutagenesis, Department of Genetics and Microbiology, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain. The successful candidate will investigate the genetics and molecular biology of DNA repair and chromosome instability syndromes and will work in the frame of two recently founded EU coordinated projects on DNA repair, genome stability and telomere integrity (Principal Investigator: Dr. Jordi Surralles).

A Ph.D. in genetics, molecular biology and/or biochemistry with a broad background and strong interest in the field of DNA repair and genome instability is required. Good written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal talents, and the ability to work independently are very important attributes for this job.
